To be honest, I hated this interview. I felt like they knew who they were going to offer the role to but I was a person they interviewed in case their top choice declined the offer. They asked behavioral questions based on my resume, I tried to smile throughout the interview. I think I was overqualified for the role.
There were no difficult or unexpected questions, it went more like a conversation.

What got you interested in physiology? Why Nike? Strongest characteristics/weakest.
How would you manage a dificult client
What does integrity mean to you
Unexpected question (but not difficult): What would you do if you were given a purified target for screening?
