Interview questions were standard. We went over my resume and the interviewer asked about some of my past experiences, reasons for leaving jobs, why I thought I would be a good fit for InfoCision, my expertise with technology and willingness to learn, what my strengths and weaknesses were, an example of a difficult position I found myself in at work before and how I overcame that, and how I would respond in a few hypothetical scenarios that could come up while working for them. They asked about what technology and internet I had and made me run a speed test to ensure it met the minimum requirements. They also asked if I would be comfortable representing conservative causes even if I personally disagreed and if I would be willing to ask for donations multiple times on the same call and try to push callers to agree to our requests even if they initially said no or seemed hesitant about it.
