They test you on simple medical abbreviations and situational questions that are very easy.
Interviewer did a role play scenario where I was the tech and he was the customer. It was really laid back and not stressful. Customer states he has a red x on the wifi icon on a windows 7 laptop. I tell him to go to network connections and enable wifi adaptor.
