Nothing unexpected. Best and worst qualities, describe a time when you made a mistake, how do you handle change, how would you handle difficult decisions and/or employees. It was a mix of behavioral and "old school" interview questions.
They ask all behavioral type questions that can be answered by the STAR technique. They focus questions on leadership and experience.
