Why do you think you will be suitable for this post?
Give all the components of Design quality (what??). Are you familiar with ISO? What are its requirements? (There's a few dozen; not exactly something to be memorized). Have you experienced a deviation? If so say how it was handled (then prepare for him to tell you it wasn't what he wanted) What federal entities was I familiar with? (I guarantee the one you're not familiar with was the one he wanted).

Why did I leave my last position?
Most of the discussions were around behavioral checks and decision making around situations. Also many question around technical expertise/skills learned from career so far. Case to case discussions were also there on how to solve etc. Leadership skills were discussed using situational cases. Integrity in decision making and fitness for challenging job environment related question were also there.
