Whole leadership: A time when you actively sought feedback? Time I had to raise a concern with a peer / colleague? Business Acumen: How you keep track of business issues? Talk about a recent news that interests you. A time when you use your analytical skills to solve a complex problem? Technical Qualities: A time when you have to complete different projects to meet a deadline? Global Mindset: Time I sought different perspectives? Time I had to complete a task with little or no supervision? Relationship: Time I've created a relationship with someone outside of my usual network?
