Tell me about yourself. Why did you apply for the position? What do you know about us? Tell us name of some of our products. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Are you good at convince others and get help from people? They told me about a short case and asked for me to brainstorm and find ways to solve the problem.
What did you apply for logistics/purchasing?
Very broad questions for a very specific job with no interest in the answer. Almost like filling up the interview time.
What are some questions you could ask when getting supplier references?
Question related the the pass working experience, reason for leaving the job, sourcing process, criteria to choose a new supplier.
The CV related questions were sometimes really detailed.
They asked me why I applied for this job when I had originally applied for another one, and they recommended me for this position instead.
