A lot of work as a proposal analyst involves team work and people in other departments. How would you handle a situation where someone from another department hadn't given you necessary information to complete a project and the deadline was that afternoon?

They gave me an exam with three parts: part 1, write a 300-word summary for a report; part 2, write an article on one of the several topics provided; part 3, revise a report and make it more readable.
