This question is not difficult but should be used to prepare yourself. I was asked what previous experience have I had in working with people that do no cooperate with you and how did you manage to have your way?
Nothing unexpected or that difficult. Read through the other reviews, be prepared to answer standard HR questions, be yourself, and you'll be fine.
