Code pair round - FizzBuzz, make sure you know different ways to implement it, be it iterative, recursion or any other smarter way of doing it. Second round - Design a scheduler, which has 3 modes. Make sure to keep the UI simple, and have a solid understanding of how to model classes. You would be given a paint kinda website link, wherein you can draw the UI, to give them an idea of how the UI is gonna look. (Keep it simple.) Imagination round - Imagine that you have been in the Kite industry for about 20years now, and it suddenly faced a dip in its revenues this year, what do you think the reasons can be, and what can you do to make it better, and more brainstorming questions on those lines. Peer round - You might talk to people of the level who are currently working in the role you are interviewing for. Pretty conversational kinda round, questions one would ask if they meet you in an office hallway! Be cool. Debriefing - You are gonna get a better idea of what you are exactly gonna do one you join the company.

The role play was the most difficult. I had to "troubleshoot" an issue with two engineers acting as whomever I needed to invoke. They could serve as my manager and answer questions; the field service engineer who could provide details; and really anybody else I needed.
