They think if you know core basics then only you can be a developer although its only theoretical knowledge we all know it never helps at developer level that much. So, they will asked very deep basic questions in OOPS,databases,SQL,java, .net, your project part etc.First they called candidates at 9:00 am and they started interview after 3-4 hrs. So its time waste for candidates. No proper management.
