Tell me about yourself, managing underperforming staff, managing a team etc. I must say that the whole process left a bad taste in my mouth, 3 months after the interview I have still not heard back on if I was selected for the position or not despite this being a relatively senior position. I knew I would not be selected because I was sent an email by mistake where the hiring manager was discussing with another candidate which he clearly prefered, so I knew then the interview process was a farce, the candidate had already been picked and the interview was just to tick a box
