People are extremely friendly. However 2nd around HR interview was too unstructured. Only asked me a few questions about my skills (around 5-10 mins) spent most of the time focusing on my personal life. My age, my hobbies, my background, what my parents do. (30mins) Although they were smiling, they said 'you seem to have a very privileged background, what's your biggest failure in life? #Unprofessional HR staff they are not familiar with UK employment law. # Discriminating
