The hiring manager asked a technical question to evaluate my problem solving skill. He showed me a piece which was machined different from what it was supposed to. I asked several questions to find how their machine works, then answered the question.

They asked about background, experience managing teams and we generally talked about my career and goals.
Ability to commute with a personal mode of transportation
The question was not the rectangle one, but not so difficult at all. The surprising thing was that I thought I did it right within the both complexities but got the rejection soon.
