Mostly standard stuff. - Brief high level into of life/experience - Tell me about a difficult situation and how you handled it. - Why did you respond to our inquiry for an interview even though you were not in the market?
Situational questions, most of which I have never experienced. Since these questions are pivotal to being hired, I would suggest that HR provide a list ahead of time to the candidate has a clue.
