HR screening was mostly interested in the usual questions like "Tell me a time you had a project with a really fast turnaround" and "Tell me about a time you had to shift gears in the middle of a project." The hiring manager's questions were more cultural, e.g. "Are you comfortable working from home? Are you comfortable coming into the office x days a month?" and asking what my relationship was like with my supervisor at my last job.
