Character is important so be prepared to give examples of when your back was against the wall but you choose to the right thing to resolve the issue sucessfully. ie Tell me of a time your sales numbers were low yet you had to meet the goal. What types of things did you do to make the goal?
I honestly don't remember specifics, but be prepared to role play different scenarios. They will ask questions such as dealing with a difficult client or getting pushback
