There wasn't one difficult question, there was a series of interviews so it was difficult to keep track of what I had already shared or not, but very straight forward interview.

What standards do you set for yourself or your work?
There really is a not a difficult question other than technical questions in regards to the audit process, account management and the occasional question on dealing with difficult clients.
Give an example of a time you were faced with a difficult situation, who was involved, what was the task, and how did you come to a conclusion to rectify the situation.
The process took a very long time...nearly 2 months total. I was not offered the position but it took nearly 1 1/2 months from the time I met with them on site before they informed me they were moving forward with other candidates. I was disappointed as they seem to be a great company to work for. They did not state any reasons of why I had been passed over for the position.
