Most of the questions were behavioral interview questions ("describe a time when you..."). The document exercise was unexpected, but gave me a chance to show my expertise, rather than just talk about it. I thought it a wise move on the part of the practice manager.
Describe a scenario where you had to deal with a difficult customer and how you handled it.
What was the one thing you failed at and what did you learn from it?
They were looking for the person who has well versed knowledge of all SCM and Manufacturing modules.
