They were looking for the person who has well versed knowledge of all SCM and Manufacturing modules.
Most of the questions were behavioral interview questions ("describe a time when you..."). The document exercise was unexpected, but gave me a chance to show my expertise, rather than just talk about it. I thought it a wise move on the part of the practice manager.
