- Group interview (around 10 people) - Asked to complete a task in groups of 2-3. - Tasks mainly focused on UI /UX design in my case. - Very chilled out atmosphere. - After group interview we were invited for an individual interview to talk about ourselves and our work.
To explain your work experience listed in the cv
Normal questions i.e why xyz, why did you apply, career plans I'm looking for a belt for ... (role play) that lasted about 5-10 minutes (manager seemed to be enjoying it a bit too much) There are lot's of big characters working here, how do you think you'd work with them (strange question, perhaps bullying going on in the workplace and seeing how you would deal with these sorts of people?) They do try to catch you out at times to see how you can respond under pressure.
e.g. (Bar graph of Car Insurance paid by car owners per year) On average how much car insurance did car owners pay between year x and z?
