what is your strengh and what is your weakness? how would you deal with a conflic with another coworker? a situation when you had to deal with a upseat client and how you dealed with this situation?
She didn't ask many questions, only whether I was working and intended to quit, what was my experience and why I wished to work for the company. She said she would contact me again but it never happened.
The assessment was mostly about personality and dealing with patients but the second part got a little more interesting. There was a lot of the math and reading on the second part keep in mind every question is timed.
The supervisor wasn't very good at interview very puzzled and unorganized
