you have to prepare to stand out coz they will hire as many people that pass.. it simple just dont be negative smile . they might ask if your not working what have u been up to , for me i was freelancing and volunteering at my libray in teaching classes

All three questions are listed above and none of them were unexpected or difficult knowing that it was an interview for a sales position in the retail banking arena
no difficult questions, hiring managers and recruiters were very interested in previous sales experience.
Really no formal interview process ensued. I was asked to go back to the website, look & apply for a similar job at another location, since the job I applied got filled up prior to my scheduled interview. So really never got a chance to interview for the position.
