Most unexpected question was how I would be able to bring in foot traffic. Not that it's something you wouldn't do trying to bring in business. However, the first time I've been asked this in a interview.

Same typical questions. It does seem like the most important one was, where do you see your self in 5 years?
prior experience? how did you do this when this happened? what would you do in this situation?
Explain a time in your life where you overcame an obstacle. Or explain a past job experience where you were given a goal(such as a sales goal with a bonus tied) and how you reached that goal.
Which internal or external resources do you use to generate new business?
