Phone interview: Project related. Coding: Design Hit Counter. Onsite: Interview1: Coding/Dev team: Reverse Vowels in a string. Interview2: (Perf) Release engineer: mostly asking about Staging area, triage, bug tracking. Neither related to dev or perf. Interview3: (Perf): Language specific concepts.
