In my face to face meetings with the local team, I was asked more about my previous experience in the industry, past projects, technical expertise and some more broad cultural fit questions (i.e. hobbies, interests, career goals). The Skype interviews featured more traditional interview questions around examples of particular qualities and some questions around career decisions and previous company movement.
