What do you know about the role? Why do you think you're a good candidate? Give any examples of projects you've been given or spearheaded. When have you gone above and beyond the "call of duty".
Asked to present a practical task which was the entire cross channel marketing strategy for a newly created position, the job description and experience only called for one channel of experience.
Tell me a time that you had do deal with a confrontational person in the work place.
