Case study was basically about a tech firm with $@&! performance management processes, HRBPs reporting leaders not following guidelines, and leaders that discriminate against minorities. They were asking for recommendations on how to make the process objective and fair. They ask you to “spend 3 hours” on it and don’t give you any feedback.
All fairly basic questions, but all were appropriate for the People function
What role do you typically take in a team situation? Describe a time where you provided great customer service. Describe a time where you had a difficult stakeholder and how you managed. Describe a situation where you went above and beyond. Describe a time where you had to break process/procedure to achieve an outcome. 60 seconds to sell yourself.

A lot of the questions asked were about my motivation to work for productboard, my own career goals, priority setting, attitude towards learning and working environment. Then specifically I'd recommend to prepare for behavioral questions, too,

How have you settled a disagreement between co-workers in the past?
