First step: A phone call from the HR to get aquainted and understand if the the person behind the CV fits the job. Then, brief description of the position plus normal questions: why did you apply? what do you like about the job? what are your best features? Second step: interview with the thecnical team similar to the first step but longer, with a better description of the job tasks. No technical question. Third step: case study on a project simulation. around 50 mins to read it and prepare it, and then 30 mins to discuss it. No preparation is required, you just need to be yourself and try to give your best.
