In the interview process, I was asked about my past experiences to understand how they could apply to the role. The interviewer inquired about specific projects I had worked on, challenges I faced, and how I contributed to the success of my previous teams. I was also asked to provide examples of situations where I demonstrated key skills such as problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork.
They all related to the role and there was a role play scenario, that felt very real!
