The first interview consisted of entirely behavioral questions: "Tell me about yourself", "Walk me through your resume", "Tell me of a time you had to walk back on a decision you made", "Tell me a time when you displayed leadership", "Why Edwards?", "What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?", "What are you looking to gain from this experience?"

You'll have time to read it, ask questions of your interviewers, prepare a presentation, execute that presentation (while your interviewers pretend to be clients), and then debrief with your interviewers on how your presentation went.
