Each interviewer had a designated area of focus based on the way they would interact with this role on a day to day basis. These themes were relevant to the role and each interviewer was well prepared and actively engaged in a bi-directional conversation in consideration of the role. They were framed in terms of "how would/have you approach(ed) x situation".

I was asked about my achievements and the things to do and things that concerns me most. I was also asked about the salary expected. There was a long call in between the interview for the MD of the company and thus the time was stretched. this gave very little time for any further exploratory questions and no technical questions was asked.
Scenario of site inspection faced with aggressive client. How do you manage the situation? What if they offer your partner free products or money during site visit and you see it but your partner doesn't know you saw it. How do you respond?
