Small excel tasks during the interview, based rather more on understanding the process than strict technical knowledge. General questions (Say about professinal experience), specific cases (What info do we have when we see that CTR i lover than in other campaigns? CTR is low, what do you do to make it better? etc.), motivation questines (Why Zalando? Why this department? What would you like to be doing in next 3 years? What your previous boss would advise and say to current boss to make you be a better employee? ).
