The interview with the administrator was very easy and mostly about the company which was most helpful. The medical director was very informative as far as what the job exactly entails and why they have had more turnover than they would like. She asked me a lot about how independent I was with my previous practice, how comfortable I would be doing some procedures in the home (IV's, blood draws, catheter placement) and how comfortable I am to manage ill chronically ill patients.
