I didn't expect them to ask specific statistical NLP questions, though I later found out that it has been always their way of NLP interviews.
Mostly HR kind of questions about the challenges, my strengths etc.
The first interview was about designing a ML/NLP model. Detailed questions about model details and evaluation metrics were asked.
