What the company offers to the employee was a great thing to hear. I had no difficulty with anything i was asked.
They asked questions about how to overcome objection with interest rates, people whoa re shopping on the fence, how would you approach clients as they enter the home, and what we knew about Richmond American Homes and the products they offered. Had we had any sales experience prior, etc.
Does it even matter? No answers to any of the questions I answered mattered, apparently.
