Telephonica interview was easy. I cleared that one. Panel of 3 taking the f to f interview. Sr. Co-ordinator, IT manager and one technical project manager. After background and other questions were fine but the technical questions were difficult. They went really deep into supernetting, VPNs and my recent project. There were almost 4 to 5 real time scenario based questions and last one was really very difficult

It was simple interview. They only ask me previous job experience and about my self. I have already done CCNA course , so they did not ask me lots of questions. But the questions are what is switch , router , IP address and Dynamic Protocols.

They drawed up a mock situation with a customer's house that had a PC connected to a router, which in turn, was connected to a radio. This radio was then connected wirelessly to a tower that had an access point, a backhaul radio, and a router properly wired together. The backhaul radio off of this tower was then wirelessly connected to another tower. With this setup they asked various questions about customers issues, and what kind of troubleshooting you would do. For example, customer was not getting speed quoted, or customer did not have Internet access.
