I can't remember any specific questions but it would be beneficial to look up some generic retail questions and fake scenarios before going in for the interview. There is a specific retail etiquette that I was not familiar with.

Rate your level of knowledge in the following departments... after you choose your highest area...essentialy then asks how you would sell X in that department to a customer and what kind of add on's you could suggest (more product) and what values you could also sell (credit).

questions are standard. the basic customer service, experience, and they give you 2 or 3 scenarios where they check how you will handle it.

They always want very specific examples of a time you gave excellent customer service or resolved a conflict or led a team through a project to meet a specific goal. The interview packet is standard to each position.
"Corporate has developed an initiative to increase sales in your specified area. You don't agree with the initiative, and think it will negatively impact the sales performance of your department in general. What do you do?"
