These questions were not difficult, but I will provide what they asked to better prepare you. -What are your goals? -Have you ever worked at a FDA regulated laboratory? -Talk about your past/current positions? -Give an example of a gram negative organism that causes a disease? -Are you willing to work overtime and weekends? -Why did you apply for the position? -Talk about your research. -If we give you an SOP, will you be ready to carry it out with the necessary training? -What past laboratory protocols have you modified or created? -Do you have aseptic techniques? Talk about them. How did you use them? -Have you worked with dangerous pathogens before? -What is your knowledge on probiotics? (This is probably one of the most important questions for an interview because this shows that you researched the company and you know what they do) Thats all I can remember.
