Common behavioral questions and inquiry into past project and overcoming problems. One manager had some basic physics/engineering problems which were a little tricky but I think he was mostly looking for an approach to problem solving instead of the correct answer.
Explain your resume. Why Crane? What was one failure and how did you work through it?
What was your favorite class and what was your least favorite class?
Give me another perceived weakness, in addition to the one or two that I was prepared to answer with! I was constantly asked if I had any questions for them, so be prepared with many of your own questions as it shows interest in the position!!
