They asked if I was familiar with 5S/Lean manufacturing.
Was I ever arrested
Technical test was trying to find the incorrect dimension on a part by referencing the drawing for the part. They provided calipers, a micrometer, a protractor, and another tool I didn't recognize. Asking questions was allowed.
In the "group introduction" part of the interview they let me have the floor to talk about whatever I wanted.
why did your military experiance end earlier then what was contracted?
