If I were interviewing you, I'd know... you did 5 interviews and you still don't know anything about me and so you are doing one more round and you wanted me to know everything about the job responsibilities with just 5 min of asking questions? The whole interview experience was very very bad. The questions were very basic, like "did you use Jira?" When I said yes, the next question was "did you use Jira in admin capacity?" Really?? those are the questions?

I had done a fair amount of preparation as well as an informational interview with a current employee, so I felt there was nothing terribly difficult or unexpected. I did feel there was a strong desire and understanding that because of the investment Yardi makes in its employees that the interview was as much about making sure I was a good fit for the company and vice versa.
