Routine question based on past experience. Very negative experience as the Hiring Manager was holding someone elses resume and didn't realize full 30 minutes in the interview. Interview was conducted in cafeteria around lunch time so you can imagine how noisy and non private. very unprofessional.

There were three personal interviews, none of them ask any significant question. They just wanted me to explain the same technical write-up which I submitted during one of the online assignments. It seemed that they already decided not to hire me before conducting interview. It was waste of time totally. Crossover has a lot of online assessment in stages and last couple of personal interviews. HR was not even bothered to share the feedback of interviews or what went wrong. One would have no clue after the interview.
