An project exercise was given prior to the interview. The aim was to plan and present a given fictional project with all bells and whistles e.g. phases, GANTT chart, etc... Standard questions around real life previous projects: how complex they were, how successful they were; with emphasis on demonstrating improvisational skills and/or handling difficult situations.

The interview with the Insight Global recruiter was very minimal. it seemed like they just wanted to see how I presented myself personally. The customer in my case asked me about my experience and what I had worked on. Seemed most interested in my technical back ground
