After asking for the job description, which was no longer online, I was told it would be available in person. I eventually cancelled because it felt like a bait-and-switch to get me to sign up with them and lead me to other opportunities.
They asked for my background and how many properties I’ve managed.
Be prepared for this question: If you had limited money available, would you prioritize preventive maintenance of break/fix?
