They exclusively use STAR questions. Many of them are about your experience with working with others. They want to see that you are a team-player and work well with others. i.e., "Tell me about a time when a teammate didn't do what you asked of them. What did you do, and what was the end result?"

Walk me through your resume. Tell me about a time you have worked in a team. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a person who was not pulling through. How familiar are you with financial analysis? Have you ever had to make a decision based off of financial data? Are you open to working retail hours?
