Saying “i work too hard” will not cut it, they want honesty, and complete transparency. Saying your honest flaws will allow them to see you’re able to self criticise which is a huge thing in makeup. There’s never nothing you can improve on. Self reflection and criticism is key to getting any creative job. • have you done any prior training or qualification in this field? • When have you been in a difficult work situation and how did you resolve it?
