Pretty standard HR questions for a labor/retail job. the basics were covered such as, how well do you work with others, where do you see your self in 10 years, how would you solve "X" problem in the work place. Nothing out of the ordinary pretty standard for a part-time job.
Are you going to school?
I did not receive any questions due to being hired directly from school. If I had to guess, a difficult question would pertain to something about how you interacted with a customer and how you delivered exceptional customer service.
How in a group situation did you help to accomplish a task
Everything was pretty basic
How would you handle an upset customer?
what am I doing currently? What school am I attending? Do I have sales experience? Work schedule I would like?
name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do to handle the situation.
