Was very relaxed . I thought we were chit chatting though some questions were asked about prior work experience . Then I was told to return for second interview and job shadow .During second interview more of the same relaxed dialogue then turned over to floor nurse for job shadow, unpaid on my own time , but helpful for assessing work climate .

Tell me about a time you have difficulty/conflict with another staff member and how you handled it.
Some questions were theory based giving scenarios & asking how you would handle them
How many years of experience do you have?
What is your background in nursing? What were your duties at your last job? What is your history with wound care? Have you performed hyperbaric oxygen therapy before?
They asked why I left my previous employer and why I chose bayada for my next adventure in my career.
