The interview question revolved around my teaching philosophy, books I would adopt in each of the classes I was supposed to teach, and my previous experience dealing with challenging situations within the classroom environment. They also asked if I was willing to engage students on extracurricular activities related to the development of the program. Finally, they asked what were my plans to attract more students to the classes I was going to teach.
